What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Byrider Franchise Disclosure Document, an addendum modifies the original franchise agreement. Specifically, the Veteran Discount Addendum alters certain terms and conditions of the original agreement. If there is a conflict between the original agreement and the addendum, the terms of the addendum will take precedence.
