What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the landlord warrants that the premises comply with all applicable laws, including having sufficient parking for the Byrider business. Specifically, the parking must be sufficient to comply with the use of the premises for operating a used vehicle sales and financing business.
The tenant, or Byrider franchisee, has the right to use the parking spaces for their guests, invitees, and employees. The amount of parking spaces must be at least sufficient to comply with applicable zoning and other laws.
The landlord provides the use of the parking spaces to the tenant without any additional charge. This ensures that the Byrider franchisee does not incur extra costs for parking facilities.
