  • 4.3 Relocation. The Franchisee's Business is granted for a specific location, or a location to be approved by the Company. The Franchisee may relocate the Franchisee's Business with the prior written approval of the Company without obligation to pay the Company an additional Initial Franchise Fee. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may relocate their business with Byrider's prior written approval without paying an additional initial franchise fee. However, Byrider is not obligated to provide services in connection with the relocation and reopening unless an agreement is made regarding the payment of the then-current fees for such services, plus reimbursement of expenses.

This means that while Byrider permits relocation with approval, franchisees should anticipate incurring additional costs if they want Byrider's assistance during the process. These costs would cover both service fees and any expenses Byrider incurs while providing relocation support.

Prospective franchisees should discuss the scope and cost of relocation services with Byrider to fully understand the potential financial implications of moving their franchise location. This will help in budgeting and planning for any future relocation needs.
