Does Byrider Franchising Partners always provide on-site assistance for opening additional Byrider Businesses?

- On-Site Assistance. Byrider Franchising Partners gives you on-site assistance for your first Business. During the first week that Business is open, Byrider Franchising Partners will, at its own expense, provide at least one Byrider Franchising Partners representative to you at your Business location to facilitate the opening of the Business. The number of days of this on-site assistance visit varies. On-site assistance for opening of additional Businesses is provided if Byrider Franchising Partners considers it appropriate and is provided at Byrider Franchising Partners' expense. If you request additional assistance in opening your Business, and Byrider Franchising Partners
considers it appropriate, Byrider Franchising Partners provides assistance beyond the assistance described above. (Franchise Agreement – Article 6.6)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Byrider Franchising Partners provides on-site assistance for a franchisee's first Byrider Business. During the first week a new Byrider location is open, Byrider will send at least one representative to the location, at Byrider's expense, to assist with the opening. The number of days of on-site assistance can vary.
However, on-site assistance for the opening of any subsequent Byrider Businesses is not guaranteed. Byrider Franchising Partners will only provide on-site assistance for additional locations if they deem it appropriate, and this assistance is also provided at Byrider's expense. If a franchisee requests additional assistance beyond what Byrider initially provides, Byrider may offer further support if it is considered appropriate.
This policy means that while Byrider franchisees can count on support for their first location, they should not assume the same level of support will be available when opening additional locations. Franchisees should discuss the availability and scope of on-site assistance for additional locations with Byrider to understand what support they can expect as they expand their Byrider business.
