What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Sales Associate & Sales Management Training, which is required for the Designated Manager and recommended for other managers, takes place at Byrider's Carmel, Indiana headquarters, also known as the Byrider Franchise Support Center, and/or at a regional training location selected by Byrider Franchising Partners.
The Sales Associate & Sales Management Training program consists of 16 hours of classroom training. There are no hours of on-the-job training associated with this program.
Byrider also offers additional training programs that may be conducted at their corporate office in Carmel, IN, at select regional U.S. locations, or through webinars. Franchisees are responsible for covering the travel and entertainment expenses for these events.
