According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Appendix A includes a list of exhibits. Exhibit A.11a is the Limited Warranty Coverage (Repairs Covered) form. Exhibit A.23a is the CNAC Inventory of Personal Items form. However, the specific form a Byrider franchisee must complete to explain the calculation of surplus or deficiency after liquidation of a repossession is not listed in Appendix A.
