What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Byrider Franchising Partners provides on-site assistance for a franchisee's first Byrider Business during the first week of operation, covering its own expenses to have a representative facilitate the opening. The length of this assistance can vary. For subsequent Byrider Businesses, whether Byrider Franchising Partners provides on-site assistance is at their discretion and expense.
If a franchisee requests additional assistance beyond the standard opening support for any location, Byrider Franchising Partners will provide it if they deem it appropriate. This suggests that while initial support is guaranteed for the first location, additional support for any location, or support for subsequent locations, is subject to Byrider's evaluation of need and appropriateness.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that while you can expect hands-on help for your first store opening, you should not automatically assume the same level of support for future locations. It would be prudent to discuss with Byrider Franchising Partners what factors they consider when deciding to provide on-site assistance for additional locations. Understanding their criteria can help you plan and budget accordingly as you expand your Byrider business.
