What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee's Business must be under the direct, on-location supervision of either the Franchisee themselves or a Designated Manager. This requirement ensures that the Byrider business is actively managed and that someone is always present to oversee operations.

If a Franchisee owns more than one Byrider franchise, or if they do not dedicate their full-time efforts to the business, they must appoint a Designated Manager to act as a full-time manager at each Business Location. This ensures that each location receives adequate attention and supervision, maintaining the standards and quality expected of a Byrider franchise.

The Franchisee is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the obligations under the franchise agreement are met. They must use their best efforts to promote and enhance the Byrider business and cannot engage in any conflicting activities. This highlights the importance of the Franchisee's commitment to the success and integrity of the Byrider brand.
