Where does Byrider conduct Sales Associate & Sales Management Training?

According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Sales Associate & Sales Management Training is held at Byrider's Carmel, Indiana headquarters, referred to as the Byrider Franchise Support Center, and/or at a regional training location selected by Byrider Franchising Partners. This training is required for the Designated Manager and recommended for other managers. The Sales Associate & Sales Management Training consists of 16 hours of classroom training.

Formal training courses are conducted by experienced Byrider Franchising Partners staff members who have extensive experience in the consumer sales and finance industry. These courses may include role-playing activities and written exams to assess learning and proficiency. Ben Goodman, Byrider Franchising Partners' Vice President Franchising Operations & Development, oversees the training subject matter and its application through training and business coaching/support.

In addition to formal classroom training, Byrider also offers online training and operational information through its corporate portal (eByrider.com) and corporate learning management system (LMS) called OnTrack. Franchisees can contact traininghelp@byrider.com for assistance with the learning management system and its content at no cost. Byrider expects franchisees to ensure all employees are trained according to Byrider's recommended training content and operational standards, and the franchisee may be subject to training practices review and progress audits.
