What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their employees can access additional training and operational information through Byrider's corporate portal (eByrider.com) and the corporate learning management system (LMS), known as OnTrack, accessible at byriderlearning.com. The FDD states that questions about the training or assistance with the learning management system can be obtained at no cost by contacting traininghelp@byrider.com.

In addition to online resources, Byrider also provides on-site assistance for the franchisee's first business location. During the first week of operation, Byrider will send at least one representative to the business to help facilitate the opening. The length of this on-site assistance varies. On-site assistance for subsequent locations is provided at Byrider's discretion and expense. Additional assistance may be provided if requested by the franchisee and deemed appropriate by Byrider.
