Licensor has also developed documentation associated with these programs (including end-user manuals) to assist in utilization and understanding of that software (hereinafter referred to as "Licensed Documentation").

The Hosting Facility, the Licensed Software, the Infrastructure Standards and Licensed Documentation, together with any modifications, translations, updates, versions, enhancements or improvements to the software programs and/or documentation provided by Licensor to Licensee are hereinafter referred to as the "Licensed System." Licensor agrees to provide Licensee with one (1) copy of the Licensed Documentation and all updates or revisions to the Licensed Documentation.

Licensor agrees to provide Licensee access to the Licensed Software.

According to Byrider's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Byrider agrees to provide the licensee with one copy of the Licensed Documentation, including all updates or revisions. The Licensed Documentation includes end-user manuals to assist in utilizing and understanding the Licensed Software. The Licensed System includes the Hosting Facility, the Licensed Software, the Infrastructure Standards, and the Licensed Documentation, along with any modifications, translations, updates, versions, enhancements, or improvements to the software programs and/or documentation provided by Byrider to the licensee.

However, the licensee is restricted from making copies of the Licensed Documentation, except for the number of copies necessary for its use of the License System. If copies are made, the licensee must label them with a specific copyright notice. The licensee is responsible for ensuring the Licensed System meets their individual requirements and goals.

Byrider may make corrections, updates, and modifications to the Licensed System from time to time, making these enhancements available to the licensee without additional charge, except for any enhancements that constitute Third Party Software or changes to Infrastructure Standards. In such cases, Byrider will provide these enhancements and is permitted to pass through a charge to the licensee, representing their pro rata portion of Byrider's cost, provided that changes to Infrastructure Standards were reviewed by the Dealer Board and are used by all users of the Licensed System. Byrider also offers telephone consultation to assist the licensee in resolving difficulties related to the use of the Licensed Software.
