Noting you are already operating as an existing hotel, we do not require or provide any training prior to your activating on our reservations system as a System Hotel. We do not require or provide any on-going or refresher training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bw Premier Collection Franchise Disclosure Document, Bw Premier Collection does not mandate or provide any training before a hotel activates on its reservation system as a System Hotel, given that franchisees are already operating an existing hotel. Furthermore, Bw Premier Collection does not require or provide any ongoing or refresher training to its franchisees.
However, Bw Premier Collection does provide access to BWI online education and training resources, including BWI's learning management system (LMS), which offers online learning opportunities for continuing education. This access is provided during the operation of the hotel.
While ongoing formal training isn't provided, franchisees benefit from digital marketing consultant services, which include serving as the primary contact for digital marketing channels, monitoring/maintaining optimization of hotel content, social media, and BWR® support. These services are provided at no additional cost, offering continuous support in the digital marketing realm.
