What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bw Premier Collection's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a hotel fails a BWI quality assurance assessment, it faces several potential consequences. The hotel will be reassessed within approximately 90 days and will be responsible for a QA reassessment fee. The current reassessment fee is $2,100, and the hotel must also provide a free room night to the QA inspector.

Furthermore, failure of the assessment may lead to additional requirements and fees. Bw Premier Collection also has the right to terminate the agreement with cause if the hotel fails the assessment. The hotel is obligated to correct any identified deficiencies in a timely manner.

These measures are in place to ensure that all Bw Premier Collection hotels maintain a consistent level of quality and guest experience. Failing to meet these standards can result in financial penalties and, ultimately, termination of the franchise agreement.
