All Application, Impact Study and Application Fees (collectively, "Fees") are payable in U.S. funds or Canadian funds. Payment of any Fee or submission of this Application does not give any Applicant the right to affiliate with Best Western. By submitting this Application, it is agreed that the Board may deny an Application for any or for no reason.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bw Premier Collection's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, paying any fee or submitting an application does not guarantee approval to affiliate with Bw Premier Collection. The Bw Premier Collection Board of Directors has the right to deny an application for any reason or no reason at all.
Prior to review by the Board, a management committee must preliminarily review the application. Bw Premier Collection must also receive the First Year Fee. If an impact study is required, the applicant is responsible for a non-refundable Impact Study Fee, which must be paid before the impact study is conducted.
If the Bw Premier Collection Board approves the application, the applicant will be asked to execute an agreement within 15 days of the offer. Until all conditions and requirements are met, the applicant may not market, sell, advertise, or promote their hotel as a Bw Premier Collection or BW Signature Collection hotel or as being affiliated with Best Western.
