Best Western International, Inc. ("Best Western") requires payment of a $4,000 non-refundable Application Fee via electronic wire transfer
- o Include confirmation that the $4,000 nonrefundable application fee has been sent via electronic wire transfer with your submission. Wiring instructions are enclosed. Be advised applicant is responsible for any fees associated with sending the wire.

According to the 2025 Bw Premier Collection FDD, the $4,000 non-refundable application fee must be paid via electronic wire transfer. The applicant is responsible for any fees associated with sending the wire. Confirmation that the fee has been sent must be included with the application submission.
Best Western International, Inc. requires this fee before the Board of Directors will consider the application. The application will not be reviewed until the fee is received. Additionally, if an impact study is required, the non-refundable Impact Study Fee must also be paid via electronic wire transfer before the study is conducted.
All fees, including the Application, Impact Study, and Application Fees, are payable in U.S. or Canadian funds. Payment of the fee or submission of the application does not guarantee affiliation with Best Western. The Board may deny an application for any reason.
