If upon receipt of your Application a Member requests an impact study, you will be required to pay us the Impact Study Fee so that we can conduct an impact study.
If we deny your Application for any reason, we will refund the Impact Study Fee to you.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bw Premier Collection Franchise Disclosure Document, the impact study fee is due before the commission of the impact study. The fee itself can range from $0 to $4,000 and is paid as a lump sum to Bw Premier Collection.
An impact study may be required upon receipt of the application from a prospective hotel owner. This study is conducted by Bw Premier Collection. If Bw Premier Collection denies the application for any reason, the impact study fee will be refunded to the applicant.
