Ensure that its customer data collection practices, use and marketing of such data, and measures adopted for the privacy and security thereof are consistent with (i) BWI's Privacy Policy as posted on its website at http://www.bestwestern.com, and as may be amended by BWI from time to time, and (ii) with any applicable local, national, regional, or international privacy and security laws, rules and regulations.
