Except as provided above, neither we nor any affiliate is an approved supplier or the sole supplier of any product or service. You currently may obtain all products and services from any source of distribution. For this reason, we do not grant or revoke approval of any suppliers.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bw Premier Collection's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bw Premier Collection does not grant or revoke approval of any suppliers. The FDD specifies that franchisees can generally obtain products and services from any source of distribution.
However, franchisees are required to purchase a Hotel Managed Security Service (HMSS) and front entrance and front desk plaques from Bw Premier Collection. While franchisees can obtain recommended computer equipment from any supplier, they must pay related fees to Bw Premier Collection for two-way connectivity to their reservations system. Bw Premier Collection also recommends that System Hotels secure the GMS through their affiliate AutoClerk.
Bw Premier Collection or an affiliate provides access to a procurement service and negotiates purchase arrangements with suppliers, including price terms. The purchases and leases described are less than 1% of your overall purchases and leases in establishing a System Hotel and approximately 1% - 2% of your overall purchases and leases in operating a hotel operating under the Licensed Marks. This means that while franchisees have flexibility in choosing suppliers, a small percentage of their overall purchases will be influenced by Bw Premier Collection's negotiated arrangements.
