What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bw Premier Collection FDD, the application fee is $4,000. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid via electronic wire transfer.
Payment of the application fee does not guarantee approval, as the Bw Premier Collection Board of Directors has the right to deny an application for any reason. Additionally, the application will not be considered until it has been reviewed by a management committee and Bw Premier Collection has received the First Year Fee, which is held as a good-faith deposit until the Distribution Agreement is executed.
If an impact study is required, the franchisee is responsible for a non-refundable Impact Study Fee, also payable via electronic wire transfer. All fees, including the Application Fee and Impact Study Fee, are payable in U.S. or Canadian funds. Prospective franchisees should factor these non-refundable fees into their initial investment considerations and be prepared to cover the costs of both the application and a potential impact study.
