You must (i) maintain the Hotel and provide amenities as we determine from time to time consistent with an upscale hotel (for a Premier Hotel) or upper-midscale hotel (for a Signature Hotel); and (ii) maintain a passing BWI quality assurance ("QA") assessment rating. We may provide our standards for an upscale hotel (for a Premier Hotel) or upper-midscale hotel (for a Signature Hotel) and for what we consider to be a passing QA assessment rating to you from time to time in writing (the tables of contents of the current versions of which are attached as Exhibits H-1 and H-2).

You must (i) maintain the Hotel and provide amenities as we determine from time to time consistent with an upscale hotel (for a Premier Hotel) or upper-midscale hotel (for a Signature Hotel); and (ii) maintain a passing BWI quality assurance ("QA") assessment rating. There is no limit on our right to make changes to our standards for an upscale hotel (for a Premier Hotel) or upper-midscale hotel (for a Signature Hotel) or what we consider to be a passing QA assessment rating and you must comply with all changes we adopt.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Bw Premier Collection FDD, franchisees must maintain their hotel and provide amenities as determined by Bw Premier Collection from time to time. These amenities must be consistent with an upscale hotel for a Premier Hotel or an upper-midscale hotel for a Signature Hotel. Bw Premier Collection may provide its standards for an upscale hotel (for a Premier Hotel) or upper-midscale hotel (for a Signature Hotel) to you in writing from time to time.

Bw Premier Collection retains the right to modify its standards for upscale or upper-midscale hotels and what it considers a passing QA assessment rating. Franchisees must comply with all changes Bw Premier Collection adopts. The tables of contents of the current versions of Bw Premier Collection’s QA Assessment Process & Procedures are attached as Exhibits H-1 and H-2.

Exhibit H-1 outlines the table of contents for the BW Premier Collection QA Assessment Process & Procedures, covering topics such as QA processes, brand standards, public areas (guaranteed service and food/beverage experience), guest rooms (cleanliness, entertainment/work, and sleep experience), and bathrooms (shower experience).
