Additional guidance and assistance may be made available to you at your written request and in our sole discretion at fees and charges established by us (Franchise Agreement, Sections 12.J, 20.A and 20.E).
- Operations Manual, which may include one or more manuals and other written materials for the operation of your Business containing mandatory and suggested specifications, standards and operating procedures required by us and information relative to your other obligations under the Franchise Agreement.
We have the right to add to, and otherwise modify, the Operations Manual to reflect changes in authorized products (including recipes and menu items), supplies, kitchen equipment and services, as well as changes in specifications, standards and operating procedures.
