What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Burros Fries's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Burros Fries may provide additional on-site supervision and assistance as they deem necessary and in their discretion. These visits are for advising franchisees on food preparation, menu items, products, services, kitchen equipment operation, customer service, operational, sales and marketing matters, and personnel issues.

However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of transportation, room and board, and miscellaneous expenses incurred by Burros Fries's personnel during these visits. These visits will occur per the terms outlined in the Franchise Agreement or at the franchisee's request, subject to Burros Fries's scheduling.

This arrangement means that while Burros Fries offers support, franchisees need to budget for the expenses associated with on-site visits. Franchisees should carefully review Section 20.A of the Franchise Agreement to fully understand the terms and conditions related to these support visits and their associated costs.
