Franchisee agrees to maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, fair dealing and ethical conduct in all business activities. Franchisee will not engage in any services, trade practices, abusive excessive, or illegal collection techniques or other activity; or sell any product which we determine to be harmful to our goodwill or to reflect unfavorably on the reputation of Franchisee or us, the Franchised Business, or the Products and Services sold thereof; or which constitutes deceptive or unfair competition, results in unfounded litigation against Franchisee's guests or otherwise is in violation of any applicable laws.
