What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Burros Fries Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the employees of their franchise. Specifically, the franchisee agrees that the business must be at all times under the operation of a General Manager approved by Burros Fries.
The franchisee's approved General Manager will oversee the operations and supervise all employees. The General Manager will also be responsible for providing continuing guidance, oversight, day-to-day management, oversee all food preparation, enforce service standards and properly process all paperwork, reports, and complaints.
This means that while Burros Fries requires the franchisee to employ a General Manager that they approve, the franchisee is still responsible for the employees of the franchise. This includes hiring, training, and managing employees, as well as ensuring that they adhere to Burros Fries' standards and procedures. The franchisee is also responsible for all paperwork, reports, and complaints related to employees.
