What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Burros Fries Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can offer catering services in addition to standard restaurant services. The FDD specifies that Burros & Fries restaurants serve sandwiches, plates, salads, and beverages like carbonated drinks, juices, teas, and bottled water for lunch and dinner, all made fresh daily using proprietary recipes. The system emphasizes quality and superior service.

Beyond the typical restaurant fare, franchisees may also sell novelty items and other products approved by Burros & Fries. This allows for additional revenue streams beyond food and beverage sales. However, franchisees must adhere to using only approved products, supplies, kitchen equipment, vendors, and suppliers as designated by Burros Fries.

Franchisees should note that conducting business at off-site events or performing services outside of their designated territory may require specific approvals, especially if another Burros Fries franchise or company-owned business operates in that area. Franchisees are expected to refer such requests to the appropriate party unless given explicit permission to proceed. This ensures that franchisees do not encroach on each other's territories and maintain brand consistency.
