WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE MEET FRANCHISEE'S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
