Franchisee agreesthat we may periodically and upon written notice, add to, modify or change such approved products, supplies, kitchen equipment, vendors and suppliers and there is no limit in our right do so. Franchisee promises to promptly accept and implement, in the operation of its Business, all such additions, modifications and changes at Franchisees expense.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Burros Fries Franchise Disclosure Document, Burros Fries may periodically modify or change approved products, supplies, kitchen equipment, vendors, and suppliers. Burros Fries will provide written notice to the franchisee regarding these changes. There is no limit to Burros Fries's right to make these modifications.
As a Burros Fries franchisee, you must promptly accept and implement all additions, modifications, and changes in the operation of your business. These changes are at the franchisee's expense. This includes, but is not limited to, ingredients, fresh produce, beverage products, supplies, kitchen equipment, technology items, software, printed menus, signage, and uniforms.
This clause gives Burros Fries broad authority to change operational standards, potentially increasing a franchisee's costs. While common in franchising, franchisees should carefully consider the potential financial impact of these changes and discuss with the franchisor what types of changes are most likely and how frequently they occur.
