According to Burros Fries's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the primary trainers for the initial training program are Fernando Ruiz and Alejandra Partida. Fernando Ruiz has over ten years of restaurant experience, while Alejandra Partida has over five years of experience in the restaurant industry.

In addition to Ruiz and Partida, Burros Fries may occasionally have guest speakers at the training program. These guest speakers could be employees, franchisees, vendors, or industry experts. The training program utilizes presentations, demonstrations, examples from the Operations Manual, and on-the-job training to educate new franchisees and their managers.

Prospective franchisees should note that successfully completing the training program is mandatory. If a manager does not complete the training satisfactorily, the franchisee must select a substitute manager for training. Burros Fries also reserves the right to require franchisees and managers to complete refresher training programs during the franchise term, potentially at an additional cost.
