We have no parents. There are nine (9) restaurants, operated by seven (7) affiliated entities, that offer similar products and services as the Burros & Fries Franchise being offered. The following is a list of our affiliates including principal addresses and number of locations for each:
Our first affiliate is Burros & Fries, Inc., formed on January 19, 2012, located at 4705 Clairmont Drive, Ste. F, San Diego, CA 92117. This affiliate owns one restaurant.
Our second affiliate is Burros & Fries C.V., Inc., formed on June 3, 2016, located at 1325 East Plaza Blvd., #105, National City, CA 91950. This affiliate owns four restaurants.
Our third affiliate is B&F Taco Shop, Inc., formed on November 15, 2016, located at 6929 Federal Boulevard, Lemon Grove, CA 91945. This affiliate owns two restaurants.
Our fourth affiliate is Burros & Fries Glendale, Inc., formed on June 14, 2021, located at 18001 North 79th Ave., Ste. D66, Glendale, AZ 85308. This affiliate owns one restaurant.
Our fifth affiliate is Burros & Fries Yuma, LLC formed on November 17, 2023, located at 1680 South Pacific Ave., Yuma, CA 85365. This affiliate does not own any restaurants yet.
Our sixth affiliate is Burros & Fries Poway, LLC formed on November 6, 2023, located at 12608 Sabre Springs Parkway, San Diego, CA 92128. This affiliate does not own any restaurants yet.
Our seventh affiliate is Burros & Fries Surprise, LLC formed on May 10, 2023, located at 13544 North Prasada Pkwy Ste. 101 Surprise AZ 85388. This affiliate owns one restaurant.
All of the restaurants are located in San Diego County and in Maricopa County and are substantially similar to the franchise being offered by us. We and our four affiliates are independent entities, and neither of us assume any of the other's legal or other obligations. None of the affiliates offer franchises.
