What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Burros Fries's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay Laundry Service Fees on a monthly basis. These fees, which currently range from $1,000 to $1,500 per month, cover the cost of professional laundry services for cleaning towels, mats, and aprons. Franchisees must use approved vendors for these services.

It is the franchisee's responsibility to manage the laundry services to ensure that all items meet Burros Fries's cleanliness standards. The franchisor may change the laundry service requirements with ninety days' written notice, and franchisees will be responsible for adhering to these new requirements at their own expense. These fees are payable to approved vendors.

Laundry service fees are non-refundable, so franchisees should factor this ongoing monthly expense into their operating budget. This consistent monthly cost is similar to other franchise systems where franchisees regularly pay for services like POS support or marketing contributions.
