The System is identified by means of certain trade names, service marks, trademarks, slogans, logos, emblems, and indicia of origin, including the design plus word mark "Burros & Fries" which is federally registered (See Item 13). You will be licensed to use not only this mark, but also all other service marks, trademarks, slogans, logos and emblems as we may designate for use in connection with the System (the "Marks").
