How many hours per day must a Burros Fries business be open?
Burros_Fries Franchise · 2024 FDDAnswer from 2024 FDD Document
Your business must stay open seven (7) days a week and at least ten and a half (10.5) hours per day, except for holidays (as specified in the Operations Manual). The only exception to the above is if Franchisee is given written permission by us to operate at a lesser period; or if the hours of operation for the Business are required by the lease of the premises on which the Business is operated.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Burros Fries Franchise Disclosure Document, a Burros Fries business must be open seven days a week for at least 10.5 hours each day. This requirement excludes holidays, which are specified in the Operations Manual.
There are exceptions to this rule. Burros Fries may grant a franchisee written permission to operate for a shorter period. Additionally, the lease agreement for the premises may dictate the hours of operation for the business.
For a prospective franchisee, this means they need to be prepared to operate their Burros Fries location for a significant number of hours each week. They should also review the Operations Manual to understand which holidays may affect these hours. It is important to consider the potential impact of lease terms on operating hours and to seek written permission from Burros Fries if shorter hours are desired.
