According to Burros Fries's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes 2 hours of classroom training dedicated to Standards and Philosophy. This initial training is designed for the franchisee (or one owner if the franchisee is an entity), one manager, and one other key personnel, or any combination thereof, for a total of three people.
