Burros_Fries Franchise · 2024 FDDAnswer from 2024 FDD Document
Your business must stay open seven (7) days a week and at least ten and a half (10.5) hours per day, except for holidays (as specified in the Operations Manual). The only exception to the above is if Franchisee is given written permission by us to operate at a lesser period; or if the hours of operation for the Business are required by the lease of the premises on which the Business is operated.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Burros Fries Franchise Disclosure Document, a Burros Fries business must be open seven days a week. The business must also operate for at least 10.5 hours each day. These requirements are in place to ensure consistent service and availability to customers.
There are exceptions to this rule. Burros Fries may grant written permission to operate for fewer hours or days. Additionally, lease agreements for the premises could dictate different hours of operation. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand these requirements and exceptions, as they directly impact the operational demands and potential revenue of the business.
Most franchises in the food service industry require franchisees to maintain consistent and relatively long operating hours to maximize revenue and customer convenience. The specific hours and days may vary based on location, market conditions, and the franchisor's brand standards. Franchisees should carefully consider these operational requirements and their ability to meet them before investing in a Burros Fries franchise.
