What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Burros Fries's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the laundry service fees are not payable to the franchisor. The FDD states that franchisees are required to use a professional laundry service to clean towels, mats, and aprons on a weekly basis.

The fees for these laundry services, which range from $1,000 to $1,500 per month, are payable to Burros Fries's approved vendors, not directly to the franchisor. Franchisees are responsible for managing these laundry services to ensure they meet the cleanliness standards set by Burros Fries.

Burros Fries retains the right to modify the laundry service requirements with a 90-day written notice, and franchisees are obligated to adhere to these changes at their own expense. These laundry service fees are also non-refundable. This arrangement is detailed in Franchise Agreement Sections 10.F and 12.H.
