What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Burros Fries's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the inspection fee is payable to the franchisor. Specifically, if a Burros Fries franchisee fails to pass an inspection for the second time within a two-year period, they will be charged an inspection fee of $1,000.

This fee is intended to ensure that franchisees maintain Burros Fries's quality standards, product specifications, and cleanliness standards. The inspection fee is in addition to any product, vendor, or equipment testing fees that the franchisee may incur.

It is important for prospective Burros Fries franchisees to understand that failing to meet the brand's standards can result in additional costs. Franchisees should ensure they are prepared to meet all quality and cleanliness standards to avoid incurring this $1,000 fee.
