What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Burros Fries Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee requests an inspection in writing, Burros Fries will perform the inspection within three months of the request. However, the franchisee will bear the cost of this requested inspection.
Burros Fries also monitors the operation of the franchisee's business and inspects the inventory of products, supplies, and kitchen equipment at their cost. After the inspection, Burros Fries will advise the franchisee of the results.
If a Burros Fries franchisee fails an inspection twice in any two-year period, they may be charged a fee of $1,000. This highlights the importance of maintaining standards and addressing any issues identified during inspections to avoid additional costs.
