What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Burros Fries Franchise Disclosure Document, Burros Fries will monitor the operation of the franchisee's business and inspect the inventory of products, supplies, and kitchen equipment. After the inspection, Burros Fries will advise the franchisee of the results. The cost of these inspections is borne by Burros Fries.

However, if a Burros Fries franchisee requests an inspection because the franchisor has not inspected the business in the past twelve months, the franchisee will need to notify Burros Fries in writing. Burros Fries will then perform the inspection within three months of the request. The cost of this type of inspection is at the franchisee's expense.

It is important to note that if a Burros Fries franchisee fails an inspection twice in any two-year period, Burros Fries may charge a fee of $1,000. This highlights the importance of maintaining standards and addressing any issues identified during inspections to avoid additional costs.
