- (5) Provide a telephone hotline, free of charge, to answer questions from you or your staff (during regular business hours Pacific Time Zone).
You will be able to contact us for questions, suggestions and guidance (Franchise Agreement, Section 20.A).
(6) Review and approve advertising and promotional materials in addition to any promotions, edits, changes or updates to your web page that you submit to us (Franchise Agreement, Sections 12.L, 12.H and 20.J).
(7) Provide training to any new manager of your Business as noted in paragraph 14 (iv) below.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Burros Fries Franchise Disclosure Document, Burros Fries provides franchisees with a telephone hotline to answer questions from the franchisee or their staff. This service is offered free of charge. However, the hotline is only available during regular business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
This means that a Burros Fries franchisee can contact the franchisor for assistance with operational problems, menu updates, or other inquiries during the specified hours. Franchisees operating outside of the Pacific Time Zone will need to account for the time difference when accessing the hotline.
In addition to the telephone hotline, Burros Fries also provides an intranet system for franchisees and their staff to ask questions and offer suggestions via Internet email, also during regular business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
