What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Burros Fries's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the cost for kitchen equipment testing is a minimum of $300 per piece. However, the cost could be higher, depending on the actual costs incurred by Burros Fries for the testing.

Burros Fries may waive the testing fee if the equipment meets their requirements and is added to their approved list for all franchise locations. The franchisee is responsible for paying the assessment fee to Burros Fries. If Burros Fries needs to use a third party to conduct the testing, they reserve the right to impose an additional fee.

The product, vendor, and equipment assessment fees are non-refundable and are uniformly imposed. This means that all franchisees will be charged the same fees under the same circumstances. Prospective franchisees should consider these potential costs when evaluating the financial feasibility of opening a Burros Fries franchise.
