According to Burros Fries's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the primary methods of communication with franchisees are through emails, phone calls, text messages, and an intranet system available on the Burros Fries website. Franchisees are responsible for staying informed about all information conveyed through these channels and adhering to any standards and specifications communicated.

Burros Fries may establish and modify the standards and specifications for the operation of the franchisee's business through these communications. This includes changes to menu items, recipes, operational procedures, and approved vendors. Burros Fries also communicates changes to standards and specifications through periodic written notices. These notices may cover various aspects of the business, including products, supplies, kitchen equipment, and services.
