What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Burros Fries Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to use a vendor not already on the approved list, they must submit a written request to Burros Fries for approval. Burros Fries will then approve or deny the request within thirty (30) days of receiving it. The decision to approve or deny is at Burros Fries's sole discretion.

The communication of approval or disapproval from Burros Fries to the franchisee will be made via email or any other form of written communication. This ensures that there is a documented record of the decision.

Burros Fries retains the right to inspect the facilities of the proposed vendor and test the vendor's products before granting approval. The franchisee or the vendor bears the cost of these inspections and tests. Burros Fries also reserves the right to re-inspect facilities and retest products of approved vendors and can revoke approval if the vendor fails to maintain Burros Fries's standards. This ongoing oversight helps Burros Fries maintain quality and consistency across all franchise locations.
