- (q) Inspections.
Franchisor and its agents have the right to enter the Shop, with or without notice, in person or remotely via communications technology, in order to inspect, photograph, and/or video on-going new construction or leasehold improvements, equipment and operations, and the performance of any and all services provided in and around the Shop and/or the Premises or any other operations of the Shop to ensure compliance with all requirements of this Agreement, at all times before or after Franchisee opens the Shop.
Franchisee will cooperate with Franchisor's representatives in those inspections by rendering whatever as

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Burneys Sweets More's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Burneys Sweets More and its agents have the right to inspect a franchisee's shop. These inspections can occur with or without notice, either in person or remotely using communication technology.
The purpose of these inspections includes the ability to inspect, photograph, and/or video ongoing new construction or leasehold improvements. Burneys Sweets More can also inspect equipment and operations, as well as the performance of any and all services provided in and around the shop and/or the premises, or any other operations of the shop. These inspections are to ensure compliance with all the requirements outlined in the Franchise Agreement, and can occur at any time before or after the franchisee opens the shop.
The franchisee is required to cooperate with Burneys Sweets More's representatives during these inspections by providing whatever assistance is requested. This ensures that Burneys Sweets More can effectively monitor and maintain the standards of operation across all franchise locations.
