THE FRANCHISOR

We are a North Carolina corporation, incorporated under the name "DMG BURNEY INC.," on August 13, 2014. Our principal business address is 1107-C West Broad St., Elizabethtown, North Carolina 28337. We own all of the trademarks you will use in the operation of your BURNEY'S SWEETS & MORE business. Our sole business since inception has been selling BURNEY'S SWEETS & MORE licenses and franchises. Prior to November 2017, we licensed to third parties the right to operate BURNEY'S SWEETS & MORE businesses through a legacy license program no longer being offered. We no longer offer licenses to third-parties, and we offer only BURNEY'S SWEETS & MORE franchises. We operate no business of the type being franchised and have never offered for sale any franchises of any other kind.
