Franchise Advisory Council.
While we are not required to do so, we reserve the right to maintain a Franchise Advisory Council ("FAC").
The FAC would provide advice to us on various matters, including advertising.
The FAC would serve in an advisory capacity only and would have no operational or decision-making power.
We would appoint the members of the FAC and have the power to change or dissolve it at any time. (Franchise Agreement Section 11(x))
