(11) if requested, we will send a consultant to train, assist and advise you on operations issues at the Franchise Business, as applicable (Section 7.3 of the Franchise Agreement). You will reimburse us for Travel Expenses and pay the then-current per diem training fee for such consulting assistance.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buns On Fire's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, during the operation of the franchise, Buns On Fire will send a consultant to train, assist, and advise on operations issues at the Franchise Business if requested by the franchisee.
However, this assistance is not free. The franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Buns On Fire for travel expenses incurred by the consultant.
In addition to covering travel, the franchisee must also pay Buns On Fire's then-current per diem training fee for the consulting assistance provided. This means that franchisees need to factor in these additional costs when requesting on-site operational support from Buns On Fire.
