What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Buns On Fire Franchise Disclosure Document, Buns On Fire maintains control of all social media accounts associated with franchised businesses to ensure consistency and quality of the company's message. If Buns On Fire were to allow franchisees to have social media accounts, franchisees must comply with Buns On Fire's Social Media Policy.
Specifically, Buns On Fire must have administrator rights for all social media accounts associated with the franchise business. Franchisees may not make any social media posts without Buns On Fire's consent. Additionally, franchisees will be provided with content for posting on social media pages, if Buns On Fire permits them to have a social media page.
Furthermore, franchisees will not establish a website or social media page for their franchise business, including social media accounts or pages, without prior consent from Buns On Fire. Franchisees also cannot operate or build a website through other electronic media that provides content in the areas of the business that Buns On Fire operates, even if the site does not mention Buns On Fire or its affiliates or contain any of its information or branding, without written consent from Buns On Fire.
