We will provide you with the specifications for any advertising and marketing materials you use to promote your Franchise Business. However, you may not use advertising and marketing materials sourced from any other supplier without first obtaining our approval. All advertising placement is at your own discretion and cost.

According to Buns On Fire's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Buns On Fire will provide franchisees with specifications for advertising and marketing materials used to promote their franchise business. However, franchisees must obtain approval from Buns On Fire before using advertising and marketing materials sourced from any other supplier. Prospective franchisees should note that Buns On Fire retains significant control over advertising and marketing efforts, including the right to approve or disapprove materials and dictate participation in marketing campaigns. Franchisees bear the cost of local advertising and marketing, and must provide documentation to substantiate their Local Marketing expenditures. Failing to meet the minimum local marketing expenditure requirement will result in the franchisee paying the difference into the Marketing Fund.
