ITEM 11: FRANCHISOR'S ASSISTANCE, ADVERTISING, COMPUTER SYSTEMS, AND TRAINING

Pre-Opening Assistance
Before you begin operation of the Franchise Business, we will:
- (1) designate the Territory (Section 1.1 of the Franchise Agreement);
- (2) review the site you select for your franchise to determine if it complies with requirements for the Franchise Business (Sections 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 of the Franchise Agreement);
- (3) provide an initial training program in the establishment and operation of the Franchise Business. Initial training is described in more detail below and will be provided after you sign the franchise agreement (Section 6.1 of the Franchise Agreement);

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Buns On Fire Franchise Disclosure Document, Buns On Fire will provide a written or electronic schedule of all required items. This includes foods, food items, beverages, furniture, fixtures, supplies, and equipment required for the Franchise Business.
This schedule is part of the pre-opening assistance that Buns On Fire provides to franchisees. Additionally, Buns On Fire will provide a list of designated and approved suppliers for the products and services required for use or sale in the franchisee's Buns On Fire business. They will also provide assistance in ordering opening inventory and supplies via their ordering system.
