Before you begin operation of the Franchise Business, we will:
- (4) provide you with guidelines and specifications for the operation and management of the Franchise Business that you must adopt, including construction and build-out, installation, repair, maintenance and safety procedures, record keeping, sales and marketing (Articles 2 and 7 of the Franchise Agreement);
- (5) make available to you a copy of the Operations Manual, which will include standards and specifications for procedures, management, and operation of the Franchise Business (Section 11.1 of the Franchise Agreement);

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buns On Fire's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Buns On Fire provides franchisees with guidelines and specifications for operating and managing their franchise. Specifically, before the franchise opens, Buns On Fire will provide guidelines and specifications that the franchisee must adopt, including those for construction and build-out, installation, repair, maintenance and safety procedures, record keeping, sales, and marketing. Buns On Fire also makes available a copy of the Operations Manual, which includes standards and specifications for procedures, management, and operation of the franchise business.
Furthermore, Buns On Fire provides an initial training program covering all aspects of the franchise's operation and management, including a review and discussion of the Operations Manual. This training program consists of approximately two weeks of instruction. The cost for training up to two members of the management team is included in the initial franchise fee.
During the operation of the Buns On Fire franchise, Buns On Fire will continue to provide franchisees with guidelines and assist in acquiring items needed to operate the franchise. They also offer general advisory assistance, including site visits, to help with the ongoing operation, advertising, and promotion of the franchise. Additionally, Buns On Fire will provide knowledge and expertise to help improve the franchise's performance and will provide updates, revisions, and amendments to the Operations Manual as necessary.
